$(b) \ y^{\prime\prime} + 4y^{\prime} + 4y = e^{-t}, \ y(0) = 1, \ y^{\prime}(0) = 1 $
$(c) \ y^{\prime\prime} + 4y^{\prime} - 5y = f(t), \ y(0) = 0, \ y^{\prime}(0) = 0 $
