meromorphic function

When $f(z),g(z)$ are meromorphic functions, $\frac{f(z)}{g(z)}$ is called meromorphic function and it is defined for all point except $g(z) = 0$.

Note $Z$ that satisfies $g(z) = 0$ is called a zero.
